May 17, 2019 – At the first annual Nashville Wingfest, a charity event benefiting the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, TC Restaurant Group won Best Spicy Sauce. The event was presented by Hopsmith Tavern.
Our original recipe was created by master chef Tomasz Wosiak. He’s the maestro who designs our menus for Luke’s 32 bridge, Jason Aldean’s Kitchen and Rooftop Bar, and FGL House.
Our Hot Sauce is kettle-cooked in small batches here in Nashville, and it’s the same sauce that we serve at our Nashville-based TC Restaurant Group family of restaurants.
