Tomasz Wosiak has been in the culinary arts business for 25 years; Opening his first restaurant at the age of 19 while in culinary arts school in Poland.

In Nashville, Tomasz Wosiak is the executive chef and VP of Culinary Development at the TC Restaurant Group, where he has created nationally recognized menus and has helped Nashville become a culinary arts scene.
